Not sure this is the right place to ask. This is an Adobe forum. Form 1040 is for tax returns, so you'll probably need to send it to your accountant.

Yea I had to do an amended return for my 2019 return. I have it completed
but now I’m uncertain where to send it. I guess I’ll call the IRS and ask
them.
