We are a Russian compayny and we are considering possibility of exchanging digital signatures with foreign counterparties.

You are probably aware of the difficulties in accepting the legality of an electronic/digital signature in Russian documents.

In this regard, do you prebably have the information regarding the Adobe sign digital signature, in particular:

 

1. Signature recognition i.a.w. the Russian Federation regulations on the specific enhanced digital signature issued by the Authorities.

2. Compliance with the required level of certification for use in documents of any type, including primary accounting documents (what level of certification does the Adobe sign signature have)

3. ISO Compliance Evidence System
