Compressing pdf

Need help for FigJam Compression for larger file types for client presentations. Files can be too large and need to compress down to keep clarity and to not have a file over 25mb for email size.

@MAX2025_Ideas Before importing an image into FigJam, resize the images (it doesn't need to be at a high resolution nor 15 inches either). A massive, $6000 \times 4000$ pixel image will bloat the file size even if it's visually tiny on your board. Any large embedded files or complex, detailed vector illustrations (pasted from Figma Design) can increase the file size. And remove any unneccessary layers or artwork. When exporting the PDF, choose the appropriate quality setting. In Acrobat, use the Optimize PDF if you haven't already!
