Compression not working in Acrobat Acrobat reader

The compression function is not working in Acrobat Acrobat reader. This has been working fine for last 8 week since I subscribed and now stopped. However, if you combine 2 files, the compression still works.

    Acrobat Reader can't compress files and can't combine files.
