Merci d'avance.

Hi @Capitaine Ludo ,

Thanks for reporting the issue. What subscription have you purchased? Could you please share a screenshot of the message that you are getting? Is it giving an error message? Is it reproducible everytime for the same file? Is it occurring for other files as well?

If the issue still persists, please provide the diagnostic logs to investigate the issue properly.

To collect the logs:

  1. Download and run the Diagnostics Utility from: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html
  2. Click on Start Diagnostics.
  3. Launch Acrobat, reproduce the issue with your file.
  4. Once done, click Stop Monitoring.
  5. Copy the Log ID and share it with us.

Thanks,

Vinod

@Capitaine Ludo by any chance did you use the trial version? If so, it's ikely defaulting to the free version because it hasn't properly recognized your paid subscription. I would use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove the trial version. I would even remove Acrobat Reader or any other Acorbat that you installed earlier. Restart your computer (also clear your browser's cache, cookis and history if you used the web version too as well).

Now, open Acrobat again and Sign In using the exact same Adobe ID (email address) you used to purchase the annual 144€ subscription. Make sure you are opening the file in Adobe Acrobat Pro (the paid version), not the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Try to edit the document again. And hopefully you should be good to go!
