Concern Regarding Acrobat Pro User Interface Responsiveness

Dear Adobe Support Team,

 

I recently renewed my subscription for Acrobat Pro, on February 5, 2025, on order Number AE03529733411CUS, expecting a smooth and interactive experience. However, I have found that the user interface is not as responsive and intuitive as I anticipated. Navigating through the application feels sluggish, and certain interactions do not seem as seamless as they should be.

 

I would appreciate any guidance on optimizing performance or if there are upcoming updates to improve the user experience. Please let me know if additional details are needed.
