Question

Conditional Formatting Adobe Acrobat

First Question--Is this possible?

My Company has two integration training processes (90-day and 120-day), and every 30 days, I have to write a report. What I am wondering is, can I combine the reports into one file and use conditional formatting so that when I choose the 90-day or 120-day, the pertinent boxes show up?

Second question--How?

When I go to prepare> choose a text box> choose properties> I don't see conditions as an option

This type  of feature is implemented with a script.  But to help we need to know more specifics.

Thom, thank you for your reply. I have attached 2 examples, one of the 90-day process (indicated in the name of the file) and a 120-day process report. You will see mostly they are the same, but on the 2nd page, you will see different tasks to complete

You could use 2 different hidden template pages for page 2 which are spawned and deleted by a dropdown or set of check boxes on page 1.
