configure Epson Workforce 845 for scanning

I un-installed Acrobat 9 from my desktop, running Windows 10.  Installed on laptop, running, Windows 10.  Cannot scan from Epson Workforce 845.  Acrobat 9 states this scanner does not except preset.

Hi westa510,

Acrobat 9 was never tested with windows 10. It may or may not work with windows 10.

And there is a good chance the scanner drivers may not be compatible with Acrobat 9 as well. 

Sadly, there is not much that can be done, but you may visit this link  Troubleshooting tips for scanner issues when using Acrobat  and check if the troubleshooting steps may help.
