confused

Question

I had Acrobat Export and added Acrobat Pro DC. When I tried to convert Word docx to pdf so I could email them the program locked up and I kept getting error message a file was not foumd. I figured there was a conflict between the 2 programs and deleted them both. Now I'm wondering if I need both? If not which will be best for my needs? All I need is to be able to read pdf files I receive and convert word docx and pictures to pdf to email. On limited ocassions maybe sign legal doc. Any susgestions?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to be able to read pdf files I receive and convert word docx and pictures to pdf to email. On limited occasions maybe sign legal documents.

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID/email you are using on this community and found that you have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription and in addition to it you also have Adobe Acrobat Export PDF subscription.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is the complete package that includes the functionality of Export PDF and that is all that you need. For more information about Adobe Acrobat Pro DC please check out the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/faq.html
