Connecting Fillable Fields to Specific Signature Boxes

Hello, I am interested in making a PDF that has multiple digital certificate signatures. For example, a monthly inventory in which after signing, it restricts editing the inventory for that signed month only and all other months are still fillable and will lock after their signature box has been signed.
