I am trying to number multiple pages of raffle tickets.  I want to print 10 tickets to each page.  I will possible need to have 10 to 50 pages.  Is there a way of doing this?  I have tried to set up a parent page with multiple text boxes and using the bulleted and numbered lists, but that only is repeat the same sets of numbers.  I would apprciate any help with this problem.

Are you comfortable with InDesign? If so, this would likely be the best program to use. Also search "sequential numbering"

I have been using Indesign for years, but not for this kind of layout.  I have designed plenty of one page designs and even a few multipage things.  But this is a little different than needing a page number added.  I have set up a master page, 7 inch by 10 inch, with 10 spaces for business cards to be imported.  I have also added text boxes on that master for the ticket numbers.  I just haven't figured out how to set up the auto numbering.

As you can see from the link I provided, there are several methods available in InDesign to produce raffle tickets. The one I have used in the past uses Data Merge (Window> Utilities> Data Merge> Select the Data Source from the fly-out window). Here is a good YouTube video from Colin Flashman, he uses a script to create a list of numbers (aka data source) to use with Data merge, but you can also create a list from Excel. Give it a try and come back if you get stuck.

Did you use a text field for the number? If so, you'll need to duplicate the page in a way the generates unique copies of that field, and also assigns a unique value to each copy, which would require using a script.

For example, you can use this (paid-for) tool I've developed that does just that:
