Conservation des fichiers envoyés via Adobe Send & Track

Bonjour,

J’utilise depuis peu Adobe Send & Track.
Par contre, je n'ai pas trouvé d'info concernant la durée de conservation dans le cloud des fichiers envoyés par ce moyen. Sont-ils indéfiniment récupérables, ou pas ? C'est particulièrement important dans un cadre professionnel ...

Hello Ericb,

The files are preserved/saved on Adobe Document Cloud can be seen/downloaded, and they will not get removed automatically. You can remove the files manually from your Adobe Document Cloud Storage account https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent

You can also refer to Where are my Adobe Document Cloud files? and Manage and work with your files stored in Adobe Document Cloud

The files sent using Adobe Send&Track are stored on Document Cloud, and you can manage them. For detailed information, you can refer to Adobe article Adobe Send & Track FAQ

Files sent via Adobe Send & Track are stored on Adobe servers for a limited period of time. After expiration, they are automatically deleted for security and privacy reasons. Use long-term storage solutions if necessary.
