Question

Constant crashes (DC Pro trial, W10x64)

First at all, sorry for my little knowledge of english

I installed the trial version of Acrobat DC Pro, buy I'm experiencing constant crashes. I usually have two windows with two PDF files opens in both. I'm only using the tools of highlight and organice (delete) pages while reviewing this docs. I'm suffering about 6 crashes every day. It's horrible.
I tried a reinstall, the reparir installation option and delete de config file in Users/local/adobe, etc. but none has worked. I use a recently formatted PC with W10 x64. Don't know what info need to post to find a solution.

Thanks.

restart your computer in safe mode and see if acrobat crashes.

if it does, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

if it does not, you have another program (eg, av) that's causing acrobat to close.
