Hi, Alexd,

Did you ever get this resolved? Would be curious to know if anything worked for you. I experience a similar crash with Acrobat Pro every day -- every time I open my MacBook Pro (either when I first get to the office, or when I get back from lunch, etc.). Seems like it happens any time I connect to the Internet. Whether it's hardwired in at the office, or via WiFi, it's just whenever my laptop makes that network connection.

Although... not sure how a program crashes when it's not even open, in the first place.......

Hi Alexd,

Thank you for reporting the issue.

As the user experiencing the crash issue daily, would you please ask the user to try once the troubleshooting steps provided in this help document Troubleshoot Mac OS 10.x system errors, freezes | Adobe software

Also, ask her once to reset the application preferences with the steps provided here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please share the complete crash log file with us.

You may share the logs either using the steps provided here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud or you may upload the file somewhere (like Dropbox, Google Drive) and share the link to that file with us.

Let us know if you need any help or have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi
