Contact form to help for resign from stock plan

While testing InDesign, an Adobe Stock subscription was activated (I don’t know why). I am not interested in this subscription and have not downloaded any assets at all (exactly 0 downloads).

However, I am unable to cancel or remove the subscription, and I cannot find a way to contact a support representative. Does Adobe provide an email address or a contact form for customer support? If so, could you please direct me to it?
