I need the contact info for adobe, I am tired of this terrible program and need to have direct contact to cancel.

How dare you try to charge a $70+ cancellation fee for a program that doesnt even work.

    There's no email support.

    Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...

    Further complaint, your cancellation options are absolutely scummy, so my options are to cancell immediately and pay an absurd amount of money, or to not cancel. ZERO information on when the "year" ends or any option to stop auto renew so how is it even possible to NOT cancel early? Also discovered I cannot delete my credit card info.

     

    Absolutely scummy practices.

    Not easy to find their online help. Go to help on your adobe account, or main page, choose adobe AI chat assisrant, type Agent, when agent comes on, write descroption of your issue. Say your issue is Payment - the agent will fix it and cancel with no fee. It worked for me. They will help you. Thanks Adobe.
