I created an Adobe Pro month test account for free and never used the product. You have been charging me 16.90€ monthly/€. To my surprised, when I have canceled an "annual subscription" I never agree to, I get the message that I am also going to be charged with 80,99€ (nearly 5 months). WHY? Under which concept?

I have given order to my bank not to pay any further bill to Adobe, and I am ready to start legal action to defend my interests.

Give my data account information to Adobe thinking it was a serious reliable company. Unfortunately my experience so far is proving to have been a mistake.

I would appreciate an explanation from your side. Thanks.

Have you looked again at the contract you accepted with Adobe? My memory is that it promises exactly what happened, and you commit to it by accepting. But maybe you had a different contract.

I did not sign any contract, but went for a free test subscription (monthly). In any case, Adobe never sent me any contract confirmation. So, if I am wrong,  I would be most thankful if you could send me a copy to my email address. If I signed something it should be on your records, right?

If you have a look at the community threads, you will see I am not the only Adobe customer facing similar issues with subscriptions.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Not MY records, this is a community forum. You perhaps need to contact Adobe.
