Content Editing

In Acrobat XI there is a Content Editing Tool and an option under formating to outline all test and images.

 

Is there anything similar that can be turned on in Acrobat 2017?  For PC computer.  Working with someone who likes how all the boxes appeared for anything that needs editing with regard to text or images.

I can get to this area but there isn't an option for the Text and Image outline.  The picture on the right is XI and has the outline option.  This is what she is looking for.

Ok, I figured out the issue.  User wasn't even on 2017 like she mentioned but was using X.  They are going to purchase 2017 and it will work as intended.  Sorry about this but first answer was correct.
