Content of Bates Numbering Log

Question

I am new to Adobe, but when using my previous product, the Bates Numbering log contained the original file name and the corresponding Bates numbers.  This was true even if I selected Replace File Name with Bates Numbers.  Adobe's log seems to just be the new file name (i.e., the Bates number) and the Bates numbers.  That is not super helpful.  Is there a way to have the log reflect the original file names and Bates numbers?

If you still are experiencing this issue, help us a video showing the setup of the workflow and the result and where the problem occurs.
