Convert 20.000 pdf's to Excel

Hi,

I would like to convert some 20.000 pdf's to excel. They are uniform dossier files from which we need specific information. Preferably we convert all these pdf's into one single Excel file (or csv). Or we could limit the conversion to specific lines within these pdf's. If 20.000 is too many, a smaller sample size would be helpful as well.

Do anyone know how to do this?

Hi

To convert one PDF to Excel, go to File > Export to > Spreadsheet in Acrobat Pro.

 

Since you are trying to retrieve information, however, have you tried Edit > Advanced Search in Acrobat? You can search all the PDFs in a folder or drive, then save that search as a PDF or .csv file. Would that work?
