Convert docx to PDF without loosing Quality/Resolution of pictures

Hi,

I have several word docx files, with pictures and text, and i need them converted to PDF.

The problem is that i cant maintain the picture quality of the pictures in word, when i go and convert the docx to PDF.

I have tried several print to pdf programs, and all settings in word (compression) and in pdf printers etc, to try to solve this.

I really dont get why this problem should be so annoying to solve, since i presume alot of people outthere are converting documents just like the ones i need.

Can anyone help?
