Convert .doxc to PDF | High Security Level

Hey Guys,

first of all, thank you very much for help! I hope, i'll get some good information!

I use Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and Word 2013 Professional Plus 

My problem is, that when I try to convert a test.docx file via right-click "convert in Adobe PDF" it always cries for "high security level". Also it says, that i need to open word and change the Trusted Source-Application.

Ok. We got a GPO for deactivating ALL macros in office-files, as long it is not digital signed. My testuser does not heritage this GPO, so he is able to change this setting.

So what have i done? I already entered the Adobe-Security Certificate to the "trusted publisher" certificate store. Result: Still the same error.

I changed the Macro-Security Setting to "Allow all". Result: Still the same error.

What else can I do, to get this feature working?
