Convert from png to PDF Error

Hi I'm trying t convert a png file to PDF but when i click on any file its telling me file formst is wrong. Ive even tried Jpeg files also

    @VARGEO - could you post a screenshot of your error with the steps you're going through?

    I tried converting the PNG file you atatched to a PDF and had no problem. Can you list the full steps you're going through, what Acrobat you're using and the full error message? A screenshot would help.
