CONVERT JPG AND USE BOKMARK FOR FILE NAMES

while spliting pdf files and use bookmark for filename option available, but

splitting pdf files as jpg files and use bookmark for filename option is not available.

In older version this option is available in export to jpg and use bookmark for filename.

There was never an option to "split pdf files as jpg files". You can export a PDF to the JPEG format, and then it saves each page as a separate JPG file, naming it using the original file name and the page number. It never used bookmarks names, for the simple fact that there doesn't have to be a bookmark pointing to each page (or at all). I'm not sure what you're referring to, but it was never a part of Acrobat (at least not that I'm aware of, starting with version 7).

This person is inaccurate. There was a functionality to do this before the last update.
