Convert Outlook/Exchange Public Folders to PDF
I've been trying to use the Adobe PDF plugin for Outlook to convert public folders to PDF, but I'm having trouble. When I highlight the root folder, and select the option on the menu ribbon for "selected folders/create new pdf", it takes some time, and then pops up the folder selection window. The root folder and all sub folders are selected properly, and the checkbox for include all sub folders is checked. I then proceed, and then the progress bar comes up, I select the location of the file, and it finishes very quickly only creating a PDF for the root folder and content, but NOT the sub-folders. I tested this with my own mailbox, and it works fine, but not on the public folder structure.
Am I missing something, or is there a limitation to this function? I'm using Adobe Acrobat 2017 with Outlook and Exchange 2013. Any help would be appreciated.
