I was told that Acrobat Pro has a feature to convert PDF to audio such as MP3. Any idea how to do?

    Acrobat can't create mp3 files.

    Yes, text from the PDF document into a audio file like MP3.

    A PDF is not an Audio document. MP3 is a format to encode compressed Audio (like JPEG with images). So that would be impossible. What nature is your PDF document?
