Convert PDF to PPT, but as images

I want to present a PDF document in Microsoft Powerpoint, but the usual PDF to PPT conversion is not good, the document is disfigured. Is there any practical way to import a PDF (with many pages) into Powerpoint, turning each PDF page into a good quality image, covering the entire presentation screen?

You can export all pages to images in Acrobat very easily (File - Save As Other - Image). I'm sure there's a way to then take those images and convert each one to a slide in PowerPoint...
