If you are having download/installation issues, you should contact Adobe's support: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html (don't use any of the "Forum" options, otherwise you will end up here again)

Hi Michaels,

As Try67 mentioned above, check if you are converting pdf in Adobe Acrobat application. You can check the application installed on the machine using the steps given in this link: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

If using Reader, you can download Acrobat from this link: Download and install Acrobat DC subscription on a computer

Let us know if you need any further help.

Hi

I have a new computer but I cannot download Acrobat Pro Dc even if I payed for that.

So I paid for something I cannot use.

Why it is so complicated ?

Can I send you my PDF Document and can you convert it in a word document?

I paid for something I cannot use and this feeling is very uncomfortable.

Now you say you can't download Acrobat... What exactly is preventing you from doing so?

If you share the file with us we could convert it to Word for you, but you should really try and sort out these issues you're having...

Make sure you're actually using Acrobat and not the free Reader.
