Convert PDFs to PDF/X

New Windows 11 laptop.  Downloaded Acrobat Pro. Cannot save a standard PDF as a Press Ready PDF/X, which I could do on old Windows 10 laptop. Get the attached message.

Do you receive this error while saving a specific PDF file to PDF/X? 

Try saving the file to a different location. Such as,

If your file is saved on an external drive or a cloud location then save it on an internal drive and try again
