Convert Sticky Notes to Text Boxes

How do I convert multiple Sticky Notes annotations to Text Boxes or Text Callout Boxes?

I have a large 300 page document already marked up with Sticky Notes but I need to show the comments openly as a text markup and not an open sticky note. Is there a way to convert to text boxes? Please help!
