Convert SWF to PDF and merge in Acrobat

Hi,

I have approx. 1000 SWF-files from a Flipbook that I need to batch convert to PDF. 

With a SWF-file viewer from Adobe I managed to view individual files and print it to PDF. ( Adobe Flash Player - Debug Downloads )

However, since I have almost 1000 files to be converted I'm looking for a way to somoehow integrate this small stand alone piece of software into Acrobat Pro.

Does anyone of you went down this road before?
