Convert to Word

Can you be a bit more specific about the issues? There are a lot of variables that go into it that I would question right out the gate. For starters:

1. Is the original PDF something that is editable, or is it a flattened image that someone simply saved as a PDF (such as a Photoshop file?)

2. Are you on a Mac or PC? (this might help determine what buttons to press and where they are located)

3. You say you are having no luck with 'convert', but making a Word doc from a PDF is under "File>Export To>Microsoft Word" (at least, on a Mac)

4. What is your end goal? To have a Word doc that you can make major changes to, offer to clients that don't have design programs, just copy text from it, etc.? (Trying to determine if you are using the right tool for the job)

5. How long is the doc? If it's a novel, it may be a time/processing issue; If it is a fact sheet, should be pretty simple.

These are just a couple things that crept up in my mind. Any extra info you can provide would be helpful to figure it out!
