Convert TrueType fonts to CID fonts not available in Preflight

I’m needing the “Convert TrueType fonts to CID fonts” option in preflight. How do we get this option? This is a screenshot I found online on how to access it, but I only have the “convert fonts to outlines”.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure all the buttons and menus are selected exactly as in the screenshot (which is similar to yours actually):
