Convert web page to Adobe PDF file not converting current page

Greetings!

All of a sudden I am having issues converting the current Webpage to a PDF in Firefox. It worked for years for me to just click on the Adode icon, choose "Convert webpage to PDF" and get an absolute copy of the Webpage document. But now it's converting the home page, not the current page on the particular site I concerned with. On Chrome it does the same thing. When I take 5 steps to convert the file in the local disk (rather than opening the HTML file directly), I have everything the way it previously was with just one click on the tool bar. Obviously, 5 steps is way more cumbersome than 1 step, so I'd really like help on getting back to the 1 step.

I am using Acrobat Standard DC and Windows 10.

I was changing some of my Norton settings between the time it was working and when it wasn't, but I wasn't changing anything which related to Adobe (or so I thought).

Hope someone has a solution to get me back to it working by just clicking on the Adobe icon to convert the current Webpage to a PDF!

Thanks!

Hi Chris - was it previusly working for you and then suddenly stopped, just like with me? Did you change anything with Norton between the time it was working and when it wasn't? I'm trying to figure out if the problem is with Adobe, Norton, or the site I'm trying to convert from...

Thanks!

Yes - it has previously worked this way for years. I've made no known changes on my end. This just spontaneously occured about 2 weeks ago.
