Convert Webpage to PDF has stopped working in Firefox

I'm using Firefox 61.0.2 and recently, the Firefox add on CONVERT WEBPAGE TO PDF stopped working. I get the 'conversion failed' error message after a few minutes. With everything. Haven't had this issue before. And my Acrobat is up to date, too. Any ideas? Thanks!

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to convert a webpage to pdf, is that correct?

Try disabling and re-enabling Acrobat add-in in firefox using the steps given in the following help document and check if that helps:

Enable Create PDF extension for Mozilla Firefox, Adobe Acrobat

Also, let us know dot version of Acrobat installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in Acrobat: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
