Converted pdf to xls

I converted a file PDF to XLS and wanted to move it to another folder, and I am not allowed to drag, cut, and or paste the new formated file

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

     

    Is this an issue with a particular file or with all the files? Please try with a different file and check.

     

    What happens when you try to drag, cut, and or paste the new formatted file? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

     

    We are here for help, just need more info.
