When converting from word tot pdf, white pages are created.

The first page converts successfully Subsequent pages will turn white.
Other colleagues also experience this problem.
This problem has arisen for several weeks now.

What is the solution?

The other question with the same symptoms that I linked to has a solution: Reinstalling Acrobat iced the problem: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/converting-or-drag-and-dropping-word-365-document-into-pdf-results-in-blank-pages/m-p/14105493#M430474

How are you creating PDFs from Word? Are you using the Word specific export function, or are you using the Acrobat ribbon to convert?

The document is local saved.

I use the right mouse butten en choose the option 'convert to PDF'

Open up the document in Word. Now you have two options: Go to the Acrobat ribbon and select to convert the file and then go to the File menu and select Save As, and then select PDF as the output format. Is one of the resulting PDF files correct?
