Converting excel files to pdf using the option ''fit the screen''

Hi,

 

For the last month, each time I want to convert an excel file (invoice from my company) into a pdf file (choosing the option ''fit in one screen'') ,  the option save in pdf  when I click on file is no more available. I only see ''save as''. I know that I can choose to save in pdf even if i only have the save as option but what I need to do is to convert the excel invoice in pdf making sure that it is shrinked, so my invoice appears in one page. Anyone can help ? 

 

Btw, is there a way to send an email directly to Acrobat support when we have a prblem?

No. And getting support from Adobe is limited to having a paid version of Acrobat.

 

You did not say, how you create your PDF file:

Save As → change file format to PDF uses the Microsoft engine. If that is the case, you need to ask your question in a Microsoft forum.

 

If you are using Acrobat DC, you should see a “Save as Adobe PDF” entry, to create your PDF file.

If you have a paid version of Acrobat, you can contact Adobe customer care by any of 3 methods:
