Try the Action Wizard in Acrobat Pro.

To expand a bit, in the Action Wizard create a new Action and add a "Save" command from the "Save and Export" panel. Then click the Specify Settings buttons underneath it (in the right-hand pane) and select "Export files to Alternate Format" and then select PDF/A from the list:

Now you can run this Action on your files and they'll be converted to PDF/A. Note this will overwrite the originals, though. If you want to change that you can do so in the same dialog as above, by adding a pre-/suffix to the file-names.
