Converting hand written notes in pdf to text

I have Adobe Acrobat IX 11.0.23.  Is there a way to convert my handwritten notes scanned to searchable text characters in thios program?  Any help would be appreciated

That's not really a feature of Acrobat. Acrobat's OCR might work for very neat and consistent handwriting, but I'd look elsewhere for what you want.
