Converting Notes to PDF

Every month, I must compose a newsletter in Notes.  I need to convert it to a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I am sure the problem lies in user error as I have difficulty understanding the instructions.

Could someone please take me through the process step-by-step, in easy-to-understand language?  I would be extremely grateful.
