Question

Converting outlook emails to adobe

The pdf eliminates the email address of the sender, and provides the banner from Outlook as if I was printing a document.  If there is an attachment, it will save the email, but send the attachment to the printer.

Thank you for reaching out to me Tariq.  I believe you tried to assist me before.  When I receive external emails that are not in my address book and I convert them to a pdf, Adobe removes the sender's email address.  I have gone back and forth with my I.T. department and they tell me it is an adobe issue.  I have adobe acrobat DC and Microsoft office 2010.I have screen shots, however, I am not posting it on a forum.  Can you provide an email address please.
