Converting PDF to Excel not working

I have the same package for the last 4 years and since January 2024, I can no longer convert a PDF to an Excel document. I'm not sure why. I can only use the web version which has limitation such as not being able to save the Excel file to my desktop.

I'm not sure what to do. There's no customer service with the product.

No error message - nothing happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled ADobe and it now works.

What happens when you try to do it? Is there an error message?

Are you able to perform other editing tasks?
