Converting .pdf to .jpg in Adobe Acrobat Pro

I have had Adobe for years, prior to only cloud subscriptions.  I am a graphic designer and sign maker and use an array of Adobe products to help produce my items.  Long story short, I use Illustrator to make vector files, save them as a .pdf and when they pop up in Acrobat, I put a watermark on them and export to .jpg to send to my customers for proofing purposes.  Since the latest update, I cannot get Acrobat to export to .jpg anymore.  What is going on?  I am following the same steps and I have tried saving in different locations, different settings, and I cannot make it work.  It is truly hindering my business.  Anyone with Acrobat can rip off my artwork if I send a .pdf.  I can see them in my "recently saved" but as soon as I click them, it says they don't exist...I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED.

Try this. Go to Preferences, Security (Enhanced).

Turn OFF Enable Protected Mode At Startup

    Restart Acrobat

Seems to be a bug, and Adobe have been turning on Protected Mode.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
