Converting pdf to word image display issue

I am using acrobat pro (64-bit) 2023.001.20174 to convert this CDC mpox wallet card to MS word. When I try to convert, the colors get totally washed out. It displays this way in both MS word and libre office. I tried changing the "convert from pdf"->"encapsulated postcript" color management settings as well as the "convert from pdf"->"Word Document" settings, but the issue persists.
