Converting PDF to Word - Word doc has no text

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC; Windows 10 Enterprise; MS Office 2016

When using the "Export PDF" option and selecting MS Word, it looks like everything is working as expected.  However, when the Word doc opens, it is blank, except for my Company Logo, that is visible.  Please help!

My documents are company owned and internal only, unfortunately, I cannot share in an open forum.

Perhaps you could post an example of such a PDF file that doesn't properly export to Microsoft Word?

 

Otherwise we really have nothing to go on.
