Hi,

I have a windows 10 machine using Adobe Acrobat version 10.0, I am trying to right click on documents to convert to PDF. This works with Word but when right clicking Excel documents the option is not presented.

Please can anyone advice A) Is this possible? B) Is there another way to convert multiple PDF's in a batch?

Regards,

Adam

Hi Adam,

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to convert the Excel file to the Adobe PDF. Are you getting any error message or code while creating PDF? Is this a behavior with a particular Excel file or with all the Excel files? Please try to create the PDF using a different Excel file and check.

The last update for Adobe Acrobat 10 was released on Oct 13, 2015 version 10.1.16. Please update the application. Go to Help > Check for Updates. You may also download the patch manually from the link (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/index.html)

To convert the excel files into PDF in the batch please refer to the link (https://blogs.adobe.com/acrolaw/2007/05/batch_conversion_to_pdfa/) and see if that helps.

Also, Adobe Acrobat 10. is an old application and no longer supported. The updates and security patches are no available anymore For more information please refer to the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-x-reader-x.html)
