Converting word to pdf

Dear,

I am trying to convert a word file (eBook) to a pdf format with Acrobat Pro DC but some design elements are getting mixed up, like the tabs in the table of contents.

If I print the document as a PDF format the document is perfect but live links are no longer active.

Any advice on this?

Which version of MS Word did you use?

MS Word can build an automatic TOC for you based on the Headings in your .docx file. Is that how you created the TOC layout?
