Copy and Paste Creates Digbat Characters

Acrobat 2020 Ver 2020.005.30539Plugins from System Information:               Annots.api 20.5.30539.10539               IA32.api      20.5.30539.10539               Updater.api 20.5.30539.10539Windows 10 Pro Ver 22H2 OS Build 19045.3930 Windows Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0 When I copy from my created Adobe document into Notepad or Word. The characters pair of "TI" ot TT" become Dingbat squares with question mark inside???I notice that certain Adobe fonts are not allowed by copyright to be used by other programs. I was using Calibri font to create.Very AnnoyingI tried Repair and removing and reinstalling without any luck.Thank You William B.

They are likely glyphs, then, which is a single (Unicode) character that represents two letters, usually "fi", "ff", "tt", etc.

Try copying them into Word, using the same font as the original PDF. From there you could do a search & replace to substitute them for the real letters.
