I have a PDF that I spent a lot of time creating drop down boxes in it. Now i want to copy and paste the drop down boxes with all the date in them to another PDF but when i paste it to the new PDF the drop down boxes roate 90 degrees and are not usable. Is there a way to copy and paste these so the drop down boxes do not rotate?

No. It's happening because the page you're copying to is rotated (or the page you're copying from is rotated), and the fields retain that information when copied. It is possible to export the items of the fields to a text file and then import it back into the other fields in the other file, though.

I understood. As I said, this can be done with a script. For example, this (paid-for) tool I've created will allow you to import a list of items from a text file into multiple drop-downs all at once: https://www.try67.com/tool/acrobat-import-items-from-a-text-file-to-a-combo-box-or-list-field
